Text Box: What is T-MAC? T-MAC (Teens Making A Change) is the group name for CommuniCare’s Faith-Diversity Youth Leadership Initiative. Funded by Community Collaborative, County and other local dollars, T-MAC is an entirely youth-led effort to increase the positive outcomes happening to youth, especially those from African American, Latino/Hispanic, American Indian and Multi-racial heritages. The focus is on positive youth development, leadership skills, communication and community service learning. Check out our site for information, schedule of events, and other contact information.
