Bachelor Auction unfolding....from Bill Kirby's Column in the Fayetteville Observer Saturday Extra, October 14, 2006 -

" Dr. Gene Finch, Michael Laurenceau and Brett Ross are returning as participants in the Cumberland County CommuniCare bachelors’ auction, aka Bids For Kids II, which is scheduled from 6 to 9 p.m. Oct. 28 at The Ambience on Legion Road. Newcomers to the fundraiser are Dr. Johnnie Moultrie, Jamail George, Mitch Adams, Charles McDaniel, Marcus Reddrick, Lars Paul, Paul Woolverton and Chris Utley. “We are looking for four or five more good men,” says Corinne Byrne of the CommuniCare nonprofit organization that focuses on eradicating child abuse and juvenile delinquency."
